Job summary

Maersk Contract Logistics (Indonesia) seeks an experienced People Partner Manager to translate the global HR strategy into local practice in Bekasi. You will advise leaders, manage performances, and steer compensation reviews while ensuring legal compliance and internal mobility across regions.

You will lead training and development initiatives and partner with regional teams to resolve complex HR cases, driving data-informed decisions in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: recruitment, performance, engagement, compensation, development, relations.
• Strong English communication and ability to work across a complex stakeholder matrix.

Responsibilities

• Implement the global People Strategy at the local level, aligned with regional and business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for leaders and their teams on people-related matters.
• Lead the delivery of the annual HR cycle, including performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, and talent development.
• Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with policies and local regulations.
• Monitor and apply changes in local labor laws for ongoing compliance.
• Act as a talent broker to facilitate internal mobility and development across teams and regions.
• Collaborate with regional people team to manage daily HR operations and resolve complex HR cases.
• Analyze real-time HR data to generate insights and drive data-informed decisions.
• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for local leaders and employees.
