Job summary

Mekari is seeking a driven B2B sales professional in Jakarta to promote our HRIS/Accounting software to mid-market companies. You will build relationships with Managers and CEOs, craft impactful emails, and book introductory meetings while managing the full sales cycle.

You will conduct cold and warm calls, collaborate with marketing and customer success to gather feedback, and work toward meeting quotas in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development, SaaS/HR software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management, Business, or related field; fresh grads welcome.
• Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with mid-level and senior executives.
• Able to work independently in a distributed team.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Resourceful, competitive, and results-driven with a strong drive to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
• Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and book introductory meetings.
• Make cold and warm calls to follow up and close deals, managing the entire sales cycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer success to relay product feedback and feature requests.
• Log, track, and maintain customer contact and records.
• Promote Accounting or HR Software through community networking.
