Job summary

MEXC is seeking a results-driven Business Development/Partnerships professional to identify and onboard high-value KOLs across global markets. The role focuses on negotiating terms, managing contracts, and launching campaigns that align with marketing goals and drive ROI.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of BD or KOL marketing experience in crypto/ Web3, excellent communication and project execution skills, and the ability to work remotely while meeting performance targets.

• Familiar with KOL platforms and ecosystem in global or regional target markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach and onboard high-value KOLs across target markets (crypto, finance and Web3 verticals)
• Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts and build long-term stable relationships with KOLs
• Plan and launch KOL marketing campaigns, track performance and optimize strategies for better ROI
• Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to align KOL campaigns with business goals
