Qualifications

• 1–2 years in business development, partnerships, or KOL management in crypto/fintech.

• Proven ability to build and manage KOL/affiliate partnerships with measurable impact.
• Deep knowledge of local market ecosystems and user acquisition channels.
• Data-driven with ROI evaluation and growth optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business development strategy for KOL, influencer, and affiliate partnerships to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for MEXC in assigned markets.
• Build, own, and expand a high-quality network of local KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and strategic marketing partners.
• Serve as the regional business owner for partnership growth, representing MEXC and driving long-term, scalable partner ecosystems.
• Design and execute data-driven partnership growth strategies, including acquisition, activation, performance tracking, and optimization of KOL and affiliate channels.
• Own channel performance KPIs, continuously analyzing ROI, CAC, conversion performance, and partner quality to improve overall efficiency.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging distribution channels, and strategic collaborations to expand MEXC’s market reach.
• Monitor local market dynamics, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable BD and growth initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partner initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of partnership models, incentive structures, and regional growth playbooks.
