Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Training & Development professional to develop and implement training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders in the Semarang area. You will collaborate with Sales Network leaders to ensure partners are well-informed about HCID products and processes, monitor KPI performance, and drive area-wide training initiatives.

A LMS-based learning approach will be promoted to foster self-learning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Min. 1 year experience in adult training or sales supervision.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs online and offline.
• Willingness to work in office and field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales Network leaders to inform partners about HCID products and processes.
• Monitor area Sales Network KPI performance and develop programs for Sales Agents and District Managers.
• Promote self-learning through learning management system for Sales Network members.
• Support the implementation of company initiatives at area level.
