Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a training professional to develop and implement programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders across office and field settings.

The role involves collaborating with Sales Network leaders, monitoring KPI performance, promoting self-learning via the LMS, and supporting company initiatives at the area level.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree, from any major.
• Min. 1 year experience in adult training or sales supervision, preferably from financial, banking, insurance, retail or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs online and offline.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, animation, cropping, etc).
• Familiar with basic Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
• Willingness to work in office and field.

• Collaborating with Sales Network leaders to ensure that partners are well-informed about HCID products and processes.
• Monitoring area Sales Network KPI performance and working with Sales Network leaders to develop programs for Sales Agents and District Managers (Supervisors).
• Promoting self-learning through learning management system for Sales Network members.
• Supporting the implementation of company initiatives at the area level.
