Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as a Trainer, preferably in Sales Training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for the Sales Team to support business and sales objectives.
• Design and develop training materials to establish standardized competencies in knowledge, skills, and attitude (KSA) in accordance with Coway Indonesia's policies and standards.
• Conduct training sessions using classroom training, workshops, role plays, coaching, and other learning approaches.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure participants' understanding, competency, and training effectiveness.
• Prepare evaluation reports for each Sales Education Program and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of training plans to ensure alignment with technical career development and Coway's standards.
• Identify training needs and competency gaps within the Sales Team and propose learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, modules, assessments, and digital learning content.
