Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of practical training delivery experience in corporate or field settings (smartphone/tech training a strong advantage).
• Strong public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills for engaging audiences.
• Ability to create and analyze pre- and post-training evaluations.
• Solid understanding of SOPs and technical/soft skills training.
• Proactive, independent, team player, and resilient under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and presentations.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field deployments and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day training sessions for sales teams at client sites following guidelines.
• Execute standardized training programs to support daily sales activities and boost productivity.
• Track training outcomes and administer evaluations to measure effectiveness.
• Maintain training materials (slides, FAQs, case studies, assessments) per templates from Head Office.
• Ensure training assets are up to date and ready for field deployment.
• Coordinate logistics and support regional teams with training needs.
• Ensure marketing materials in the field comply with brand standards.
• Collaborate with PIC Trainers, Placement, and Business Teams to align daily training with business needs.
