Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales enablement, data analysis, marketing, or sales training.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead group meetings in-person or virtually.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta; fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training products and services to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts to design training content for internal and external audiences.
• Design, develop, and implement learning tools in different formats.
• Identify performance gaps and define action plans to improve sales productivity.
