Job summary

PT Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Sales Trainer to support the Sales Network by delivering development programs for Sales Agents and leaders, and ensuring they are well informed about HCID products and processes. The role requires a university degree, 1+ years in adult training and in Sales/Financial/Banking/Insurance, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

University degree in any major; preferred in management/ HR/ communications/ psychology.
1+ years in adult training or similar.
1+ years in Sales/ Financial/ Banking/ Insurance.
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint (presentations, animation).
Proficient in MS Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Willing to do POS visits weekly.

Responsibilities

Deliver training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders.
Monitor KPI performance and collaborate with Sales Network leaders on development.
Promote self-learning via learning platform.
Support implementation of company initiatives at area level.
