Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to help build and deliver training programs for the Risk Collection function in Yogyakarta. You will design materials, run sessions, and ensure end-to-end training processes are executed on schedule.

You should have a Bachelor's degree, around 2 years' experience in Learning & Development or as a Trainer, and be proficient with LMS and MS Office; fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is expected; willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

• Possess Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable University.
• Good communication skill both verbal and written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Conducting training and socialization to designated collection team member, in regards to achieve training objective of all module and materials.
• Responsible in delivering training for all department under Risk Collection Function.
• To deliver all required training programs accomplished as timeline to specific designated collection team.
• To manage training class to be conducted and managing training activity by end-to-end process.
• Training preparation including mastering training material and manual.
• To provide training report and activity updates to Training SPV in timely manners.
