Job summary

Binus University International in Surabaya seeks a proactive Sales and Promotion Assistant with no experience required. You will support campus outreach efforts, coordinate campus tours, and help deliver promotional activities for academic programs.

Responsibilities include completing all sales stages, preparing quotations, supporting event logistics, maintaining customer records, and assisting in publicity materials distribution.

• Diploma Degree (D3) or University student (6th semester).
• No working experience required.
• Willing to learn and contribute in sales and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Complete each stage of sales promptly, including quotations and payment collection.
• Complete promotion stages, prepare tools, ensure availability and conduct campus events.
• Perform sales activities compliant with financial procedures (cost estimation, invoices, monitoring, recording payment).
• Maintain and update customer status with detailed records.
• Receive inputs from distribution channels and follow up with sales agents.
• Be conversant with offered products and relay information to prospective customers.
• Support research promotion opportunities with schools and industry.
• Arrange and conduct campus visits for prospective customers.
• Prepare publicity documents and distribute promotional materials; create event reports.
• Compile and file reports and other required documents.

• Ensure each stage of sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment collection
• Ensure each stage of promotion is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of tools, ensure its availability for related event and conduct event activities (inside and outside campus)
• Perform sales activity that comply to financial procedures (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment)
• Maintain and update customer’s status data with detail records
• Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (i.e., sales agent that support sales activity)
• Conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customer (e.g., academic time period)
• Support in research promotion activity opportunities in various school and industry
• Conduct and follow up school canvassing process
• Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services)
• Assist in producing publicity documents and coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials
• Create promotion event report
• Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
