Job summary

BINUS Group in Jakarta is seeking a Sales & Promotion Staff for a full-time position. You will handle all stages of sales and promotion, prepare quotations, confirm requirements, issue invoices, and collect payments, while coordinating campus events and promotional materials.

Responsibilities include managing customer data, supporting research on promotion opportunities across schools and industries, canvassing, campus visits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree (D3) or University student currently in 6th semester.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each stage of sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, invoices, and payment collection.
• Ensure each stage of promotion is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of tools, availability for related events and conducting campus events.
• Perform sales activities that comply with financial procedures (cost estimation, quotations, invoices, monitoring, and recording payment).
• Maintain and update customer status data with detailed records.
• Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (sales agents supporting sales activity).
• Be conversant with the products offered and notify prospective customers of related information (e.g., academic time period).
• Support in researching promotion opportunities in various schools and industries.
• Conduct and follow up school canvassing processes.
• Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customers (campus tours and facility viewings).
• Assist in producing publicity documents and coordinate distribution of promotional materials.
• Create promotion event reports.
• Compile and maintain reports, records and other required documents for management support.
