Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a Marketing Sales professional to plan, implement, and evaluate all sales and promotion activities. You will provide technical marketing guidance, coordinate events, and build strong distribution relationships to drive brand awareness on campus and beyond.

The role requires Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, with responsibilities spanning collaboration with faculties, marketing intelligence, and sponsorship evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation all sales & promotion activity
• Provide technical advice in work area or related business unit on marketing related issues
• Coordinate the preparation and implementation sales & promotion activities
• Coordinate with Corporate Communication Department in term of non direct sales & promotion events implementation
• Assist Manager in analyzing product development and propose recommendation to Marketing Manager
• Coordinate with related Faculty for product knowledge and marketing activity needed
• Build and maintain relationship with channel of distribution and industry
• Monitor brand awareness level of each sales & promotion activity and decide what action should be taken
• Monitor the overall promotion activities (inside and outside campus area) for related work area
• Monitor effectiveness of daily operation activity in related work area
• Collaborate with other units in Marketing Division for executing a joint sales & promotion activities
• Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence Department in term of marketing implementation survey
• Evaluate the proposal received from sponsorship
• Evaluate sales & promotion team performance
• Evaluate the performance of channel distribution
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement

• Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

Work Exposure/ Experience

• Minimum 2 years in senior staff, or
• Minimum 4 years experiences in the retaed area
