Job summary

Binus University International seeks a proactive sales and promotion coordinator to support campus recruitment activities. You will assist in quotations, event coordination, canvassing, and campus tours for prospective students and partners.

No prior work experience is required; diploma (D3) or you may be a 6th semester university student. You will help prepare publicity materials, maintain records, and ensure timely completion of each recruitment stage.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree (D3) required or university student (6th semester).
• No prior working experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each stage of sales is completed timely and accurate, including quotations, requirements, invoices, and payment.
• Ensure each stage of promotion is completed timely and accurate, including tools preparation and event activities.
• Perform sales activity that complies with financial procedures (cost estimation, quotations, invoices, monitoring, payment).
• Maintain and update customer status data with detailed records.
• Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (sales agents).
• Notify prospects about products and information (e.g., academic time period).
• Support research promotion opportunities in schools and industry.
• Conduct and follow up school canvassing processes.
• Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customers (campus tours, facility viewings).
• Assist in producing publicity documents and coordinate distribution of materials.
• Create promotion event reports.
• Compile, maintain, and file reports, records and other required documents.

• Ensure each stage of sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment collection
• Ensure each stage of promotion is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of tools, ensure its availability for related event and conduct event activities (inside and outside campus)
• Perform sales activity that comply to financial procedures (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment)
• Maintain and update customer's status data with detail records
• Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (i.e., sales agent that support sales activity)
• Conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customer (e.g., academic time period)
• Support in research promotion activity opportunities in various school and industry
• Conduct and follow up school canvassing process
• Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services)
• Assist in producing publicity documents and coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials
• Create promotion event report
• Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required

Management Support Activities

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
