Job summary

Cermaticom in Kendari is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a small field team and drive area targets. You will supervise 15-20 Sales Promoters, visit merchants daily, build strong store relationships, and ensure promotional programs run smoothly.

The role requires a Senior High School or Diploma, at least 2 years in sales or related fields, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Shift work is required and in-store promotions are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area; good communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure programs in the area run well and sales targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in-store.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales data, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters.
