Job summary

Cermati is looking for a Sales Supervisor to drive regional targets in Ambon. The role involves daily merchant visits, building strong relations with store PICs, and ensuring program execution meets sales goals.

The candidate will lead 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor field activities, and coordinate with partner teams on market and field issues, while training promoters to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership with team and area management.
• Good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.
• Placement: Ambon.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs in the area run well and targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters.
