Cermaticom is seeking aSales Supervisor to drive area sales targets and manage the field team in Cirebon. You will visit merchants daily, foster strong relationships with PIC stores, and ensure the program runs smoothly to hit targets.

You will coordinate with partner teams, monitor Promoter activities, and lead training sessions. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Senior High School or Diploma; 2+ years in related field are required.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team and area.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, with social media familiarity.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Meet sales targets for the assigned area.
• Make daily merchant visits and build relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure programs in the area run smoothly and meet sales targets.
• Place POP material promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations to obtain sales, competitor, and field data.
• Supervise around 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
• Conduct field team trainings and refreshers for Promoters.
