Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Sales Leader to drive targets in Kendari. You will supervise 15-20 Sales Promoters, visit merchants daily, and build strong relationships with store PICs to ensure promotional programs run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a Senior High School or Diploma, at least 2 years in sales, and strong leadership, communication, and social media marketing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is preferred, and ability to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.

• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Willing to work in Kendari and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the area.
• Daily merchant visits and build relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure in-area programs meet sales targets.
• Coordinate placement of POP materials in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations for sales information and field issues.
• Supervise 15-20 Promoters and monitor daily activities.
• Conduct field team training and refreshers.
