The role requires proven leadership, excellent communication, and social media marketing skills. You will manage 15-20 promoters and coordinate with partners to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and marketing skills with social media.
• Preferably staff level with experience in sales - financial services.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Willing to work shifts.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for sales targets in the assigned area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs run well and targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations to obtain information on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Oversee 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field training and refresher training for Promoters.
