Job summary

ByteBridge in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team with order processing, vendor coordination, and data management. You will liaise across Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics to keep CRM/ERP data accurate and orders moving.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales support, proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace, and strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, order management, customer service, or related roles.
• Experience in IT/tech/cloud/infrastructure is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Professional communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.
• Manage vendor quotations, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on procurement and delivery timelines.
• Understand and follow internal guidelines and operational processes while processing orders.
• Support multiple sales managers and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Manage order status updates and inform customers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics for cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and documentation.
• Ensure CRM/ERP systems are updated with timely information.
• Prioritize tasks and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with reporting and operational tracking when required.
