Job summary

PT PERKAKAS SUMBER KARYA is seeking a diligent Sales Support/Administrative professional in Jakarta to help manage inventory, orders, and data across systems. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Service Center teams, respond to customer inquiries, and handle ticketing and employee travel arrangements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/Vocational High School or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling administrative and accounting tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic Excel functions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, product availability, and discrepancies across sales channels.
• Input, update, and maintain sales, order, customer, inventory, and operational data across company systems.
• Process and update online and offline orders, including payments, invoices, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Provide administrative and data support to the Sales Team to help achieve sales targets and maintain smooth sales operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Service Center departments.
• Answer customer inquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, or email.
• Manage ticket and accommodation bookings for employees.
