Job summary

PT Sumber Surya Mandiri is seeking a Sales Support professional in Jakarta to administer sales processes and assist the sales team. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare documents, and coordinate with multiple internal departments to ensure targets are met.

The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel/Word and Google Workspace, and the ability to work with targets and deadlines both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Word and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented in handling documents and data.
• Able to meet targets and deadlines.
• Experience in Sales Admin or Sales Support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Send quotations, Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and other sales documents.
• Ensure all transaction documents are complete and accurate.
• Assist Sales in preparing customer data, quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales requirements.
• Monitor order status and ensure sales processes run on schedule.
• Provide data and reports for Sales and management.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and order status.
• Conduct customer follow-up via WhatsApp, telephone, or email.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, and related departments.
• Input and update customer data and sales transaction data.
