Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist (Sales) in Jakarta, Indonesia, to strengthen sales operations, maintain Salesforce data integrity, manage quotations and legal document requests.

You will collaborate with Sales Managers and cross‑functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to ensure timely customer support, accurate records, and smooth execution of client events. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of cross‑functional experience (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain or Finance).
• Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce system for opportunities and quotes.
• Create opportunities, call reports, sample requests, and quotations.
• Maintain accurate contact details for the annual survey.
• Keep opportunity records up-to-date with latest activities and pipeline status.
• Manage quotations and follow up for acceptance or rejection.
• Create and manage legal document requests (IronClad).
• Provide Sales Support for defined strategic accounts.
• Assist with customer presentations and site visits logistics.
• Plan and execute internal and external events with smooth operations.
• Provide ad hoc sales support as required.
