Job summary

PT Kerry Ingredients Indonesia is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist (Sales) to strengthen the commercial team by ensuring accurate CRM data, coordinating cross-functionally, and supporting quotations and regulatory requests. You will work closely with Sales Managers and teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to drive efficient sales operations and timely customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in cross-functional roles such as Sales, RDA, Supply Chain or Finance.
• Competency in Salesforce CRM platform is highly desirable.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation and analytical skills; able to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding organizational and networking abilities with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for utilizing Salesforce system.
• Creation of opportunities, call reports, sample requests, technical documents/regulatory requests, quotations.
• Maintain accuracy of contact details to support annual customer satisfaction survey.
• Work with the sales team to ensure opportunity records reflect latest activities and pipeline status.
• Manage quotations and provide follow-up for acceptance or rejection, reflecting changes in the system.
• Create and manage legal document requests to the legal platform (IronClad).
• Provide Sales Support for defined strategic accounts and assist Manager.
• Support Manager on customer presentations and arrange meetings for visitors to the office and site visits.
• Assist planning, coordination and execution of internal and external events; ensure smooth operations.
• Ad hoc sales support as required by Sales Managers.
