Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Sales Manager from the System Integrator / ICT Solutions industry with a strong track record in handling telecommunications customers. The role focuses on driving growth and managing strategic Telecom accounts through integrated ICT solutions.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing local and international telecom relationships, and leading the sales process from opportunity to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Background in System Integrator / ICT Solutions / Network Infrastructure industry.
• Proven experience handling Telecommunications customers, locally or internationally.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, or related ICT solutions.
• Strong existing network with Telecom operators is highly preferred.

• Work closely with Presales, Engineering, and Solution teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Manage RFP/RFQ, tenders, commercial negotiations, and account development.
• Maintain relationships with technology principals and strategic partners.
