Dwimitra Listenlights in Jakarta seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Data Center, Industrial & Logistics, and Commercial Corporate segments. You will identify opportunities, lead a sales team, and secure large-scale projects through effective tendering and contract negotiations.

The role requires 6–8 years in sales/BD within M&E, EPC, or infrastructure, with a proven track record of meeting targets and building strong client networks.

Formación

• 6–8 years of sales, BD or account management experience in M&E, EPC, or infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading a sales or account management team.
• Record of achieving sales targets and winning large-scale projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, order intake, and business growth targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor Account Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, as well as upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, developers, consultants, and main contractors.
• Lead tender and bidding activities, including RFQ/RFP review, proposal preparation, presentations, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.
• Oversee negotiation of contracts, renewals, and agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Monitor account performance and sales pipeline, analyze data, and prepare regular sales and account status reports for management.
• Track industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company in client meetings, business reviews, industry events, and networking activities.
