Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Development Specialist for the Indonesia Data Centre segment. You will drive business development, influence technical specifications, and grow the project pipeline from early design to tendering and execution.

In this role, you will leverage HVAC, pump system knowledge, and strong stakeholder relationships to engage M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and Data Centre operators, delivering technical-commercial value and sustaining sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in HVAC, MEP, CBS, or related industries.
• Experience engaging M&E consultants, contractors, and Data Centre owners/operators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, track, and manage Data Centre project opportunities from early design through tendering and execution.
• Collaborate with M&E consultants, design institutes, and quantity surveyors to promote pumping and HVAC solutions.
• Establish relationships with M&E contractors and project stakeholders to improve specification retention and project conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with Data Centre owners, developers, operators, and consultants for long-term opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support for pump systems in HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, and building applications.
• Support segment sales strategies through market research, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
