Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to drive business growth in Indonesia's Data Centre sector. You will identify opportunities early in design, influence tendering, and coordinate with M&E consultants, contractors, and Data Centre owners to secure specifications and win projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; mechanical or electrical preferred.
• 3–7 years in technical sales, business development, or project management.
• 3+ years in HVAC, MEP, CBS or related industries.
• Experience in Data Centre projects and HVAC systems.
• Experience engaging M&E consultants, quantity surveyors, developers, and Data Centre owners/operators.
• Proven track record in developing project pipelines and converting opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's Data Centre market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage Data Centre project opportunities from early design through tender and execution.
• Promote pumping and HVAC solutions with M&E consultants and design institutes to secure specs.
• Build relationships with engineering contractors and stakeholders to improve conversion and win rates.
• Maintain relationships with Data Centre owners, developers, operators, and authorities for long-term opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support for pump systems in HVAC, plumbing, and building applications.
• Support segment sales strategies with market research, pricing evaluations, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with CBS Sales, KAMs, Engineering, Marketing, CSSC, and project teams for execution.
• Keep CRM records, quotations, opportunities, and interactions compliant with policies.
