Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Development Specialist in Indonesia to drive business development for Data Centre projects. You will engage M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and owners, promoting pumping and HVAC solutions and influencing specifications from early design through tendering.

The role requires strong technical-commercial capabilities, project coordination experience, and stakeholder management to grow the Data Centre segment with sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Project Management.
• Experience in HVAC, MEP, CBS, or related engineering industries.
• Proven track record in Data Centre projects and influencing technical specifications and commercial decisions.
• Experience engaging M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and Data Centre owners/operators.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage Data Centre project opportunities from early design to tendering and execution.
• Collaborate with M&E consultants to promote pumping and HVAC solutions and secure specifications.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and authorities to drive opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support for pump systems in HVAC and building applications.
• Support market research, pricing evaluations, and sales forecasting to hit segment targets.
• Maintain CRM records, quotations, and sales reports in line with company policies.
