Job summary

PT. RSL Logistics Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service professional to connect shippers with multimodal networks and support international shipments, especially to the USA. You will handle daily customer communications and provide updates and quotations to agents and customers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic logistics environment; fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, International Business, or related fields).
• Experience in freight forwarding, especially handling shipments to the USA, is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email correspondence.
• HSK/HSKK is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide shipment status updates, quotations, and solutions to agent and customer inquiries
• Coordinate documentation and operational requirements with internal and external teams
• Resolve operational issues promptly without compromising service quality
