RGF HR Agent Indonesia presents an exciting opportunity for a Sales Export Staff with our cable manufacturing client in Indonesia. You will lead the export sales process, manage key international accounts, and coordinate with engineering and production to align schedules.

The role requires a Engineering degree, strong Business English, and at least 3 years in export sales within the cable sector. You will report to the sales leader and handle documentation and customer communications with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Business English proficiency.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Sales Export within the Cable industry.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and provide regular reports.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to pricing and documentation.

• Manage full sales process for assigned export accounts from enquiry to contract.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers and grow volume.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and production to meet implementation schedules.
• Work with sales administration to ensure contract delivery and export documentation on track.

Our client is a Cable company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Export Staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process for assigned export accounts, from enquiry and proposal through to contract execution
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing overseas customers, and grow volume within those accounts
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure product implementation schedules are met
• Work with the sales administration team to ensure contract delivery schedules and export documentation are on track
• Act as the main PIC for customer complaints, taking ownership through to resolution
• Provide regular sales and order status reports to management
• Other task assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Business English proficiency
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Sales Export within the Cable industries
• Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and provide regular reports
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail in pricing and documentation
