RGF HR Agent Indonesia presents an exciting opportunity for a Sales Export Staff with our cable manufacturing client in Indonesia. You will lead the export sales process, manage key international accounts, and coordinate with engineering and production to align schedules.

The role requires a Engineering degree, strong Business English, and at least 3 years in export sales within the cable sector. You will report to the sales leader and handle documentation and customer communications with

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Business English proficiency.
Min. 3 years of experience in Sales Export within the Cable industry.
Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and provide regular reports.
Good analytical thinking and attention to pricing and documentation.

Responsabilidades

Manage full sales process for assigned export accounts from enquiry to contract.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers and grow volume.
Coordinate with design, engineering and production to meet implementation schedules.
Work with sales administration to ensure contract delivery and export documentation on track.
Act as the main PIC for customer complaints and drive resolution.
Provide regular sales and order status reports to management.
Other tasks as assigned.
