Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years sales experience in manufacturing (wire harness, automotive, electronics only).
• English proficiency at least intermediate.
• MS Excel with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience handling overseas clients.
• Have SIM A.

Responsibilities

• Handle existing overseas clients; potential expansion in future.
• Travel overseas to meet clients as needed.
• Coordinate export order processing from order receipt to shipment.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other reports.
• Follow projects from end to end.
• Respond to inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up orders.

Business trip to overseas to handle client

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up

Follow up project from end-to-end

Coordinate export order processing from order receipt to shipment.

Crate sales report, sales forecast, and other reports as well.
