The role focuses on field-based activities, data recap of sales and stock, and delivering product knowledge with regular reports to the Area Sales Supervisor. Join a leading mattress and bedding company with regional licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management/Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Premium Consumer Goods is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and store owners.
• Field-based role requiring regular customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular visits to stores/customers in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas.
• Deliver product knowledge and promotional information to Store Owners and Sales Promotion Team.
• Identify and develop potential new outlets (furniture stores, electronics, supermarkets, etc.).
• Monitor store performance and support achieving sales targets.
• Collect store orders and follow up on delivery status to ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide market and competitor insights to guide sales strategy.

PT Duta Abadi Primantara is looking for a Sales Executive (for Yogyakarta and surroundings) to join our Sales team and drive sales growth while building strong relationships with our retail partners and customers.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales.

Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Premium Consumer Goods is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and store owners.

Comfortable working in a mobile/field-based role and conducting regular customer visits.

Able to analyze and recap sales and stock data and prepare basic reports.

Basic understanding of distribution and delivery processes.

Able to monitor product displays, product placement, and promotional activities in stores.

Detail-oriented in handling invoices and store collection processes.

Target-oriented, proactive, responsive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location : Yogyakarta and surroundings

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to stores/customers within the assigned area to maintain strong and sustainable business relationships.

Deliver product knowledge and ongoing sales program information to Store Owners and Sales Promotion Team (SPT).

Identify and develop potential new outlets, including furniture stores, interior design businesses, electronics stores, factory cooperatives, supermarkets, and other strategic locations.

Monitor and evaluate store sales performance to support the achievement of sales targets.

Recap store orders and follow up on delivery status to ensure timely product delivery.

Collect and report sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities as input for sales strategy development.

Conduct regular invoice and payment document collection from stores.

Regularly check DAP product displays in stores, including brand, product type, quantity, barcode, and product condition.

Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.

Provide regular market and competitor activity reports to the Area Sales Supervisor/Manager.
