You will drive growth by managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms, boosting visibility and sales.

You will analyze market trends and customer behavior, collaborate with the marketing team, report on key metrics, and provide excellent customer support to online shoppers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing online advertising campaigns and driving sales growth on e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on market insights.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing a seamless customer experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, advertising tools and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

About the role

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Operation Staff (Marketplace Specialist - Ads, Campaign & Sales Growth) to join our dynamic team at PT Duta Abadi Primantara (DAP). As an e-commerce operation staff, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our online marketplace presence. This fulltime position is based in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
