Job summary

PT Samudera Caraka Jasa in Surabaya is seeking a full-time Sales (Freight Forwarding) professional to develop and maintain key customer relationships and drive sales growth and profitability.

You will identify and pursue new opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of services. Travel as required for business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.

About the role

This exciting full-time Sales (Freight Forwarding) role at PT Samudera Caraka Jasa in Surabaya, offers the opportunity to join a market-leading freight forwarding company. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships to drive sales growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing

Identify and target potential customers in export/import/domestics transportation services

What we're looking for

Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse data to drive business decisions

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal/external teams

Familiarity with freight forwarding processes and industry regulations

Willing to travel as needed
