Job summary

PT Hyper Mega Shipping in Medan seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities across phone, email, and in-person meetings with potential clients in the freight forwarding sector.

You will maintain strong client relationships, prepare quotations, collaborate with operations, monitor market trends, and contribute to revenue growth with a competitive salary and commission structure. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics
• Knowledge of the import/export forwarding business
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
• Contribute to the achievement of company revenue and business development targets.
• Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
