Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company’s new web/app product to developers and potential clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to support the successful launch and growth of the product
Identify and approach suitable potential clients and business opportunities
Leverage existing professional networks to generate leads and develop new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architecture firms, and relevant stakeholders
Manage the sales process independently, from lead generation and client meetings to closing deals
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Monitor market opportunities and provide feedback on client needs and market trends
Work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role
Strong existing network of suitable clients
Proven experience in developing new business and closing sales
Experience and professional network are more important than a specific industry background
Preferably has existing connections with property developers, architecture firms, or related clients
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
