Job summary

CASABADIA VILLAS PANGANDARAN BY HORISON is seeking a hospitality sales professional to drive revenue across corporate, government, MICE, and wedding segments in Pangandaran. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 1–2 years in a luxury setting are preferred.

You will leverage your English proficiency and established networks, maintain relationships with high-end clients, and perform under pressure to achieve targets while upholding the brand's five-star service

• Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships.
• Strong network in corporate, government, MICE, and weddings.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.

Network: A strong established network within the Corporate, Government, MICE, or Wedding segments.

Language: Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Fluency in additional foreign languages is highly advantageous.
