Ululani Dreamland in Bali seeks a dedicated MICE and corporate sales professional to identify and develop new opportunities from corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, PCOs, DMCs, and government bodies.
You will maintain key accounts, prepare proposals and quotations, conduct negotiations, and work with other hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution and achievement of sales targets.
This is a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and corporate sales role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities from corporate companies, event organizers, travel agencies, PCOs, DMCs, government institutions, and other relevant organizations. You will maintain and develop strong relationships with existing accounts, handle inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and conduct negotiations to secure business.
Identify and develop new MICE business opportunities from corporate companies, event organizers, travel agencies, PCOs, DMCs, government institutions, and other relevant organizations
Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, hotel inspections, and business appointments
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing corporate and MICE accounts
Handle MICE inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, conduct negotiations, and follow up to secure business
Achieve individual and departmental sales targets, room-night targets, banquet revenue, and other agreed KPIs
Promote the hotel's guestrooms, meeting rooms, ballroom, restaurants, catering facilities, and other services to potential clients
Prepare and deliver presentations and hotel/site inspections for prospective clients
Coordinate with the Events, Banquet, Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events
Monitor the complete sales process from initial inquiry through contracting, payment, event execution, and post-event follow-up
Attend trade shows, sales missions, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to generate new business
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in MICE, corporate sales, or event sales
Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred
Strong knowledge of the local MICE and corporate market
Existing relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, DMCs, travel agents, or PCOs are an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems
Willing to travel for sales calls, client visits, exhibitions, and sales missions
Target-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
