Job summary

Trembesi Hotel in Indonesia invites an experienced Hotel Sales professional to join our dynamic team. You will drive revenue across restaurant, banquet, meeting, wedding, social events, and catering by developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

We seek someone with 1–2 years in hotel sales or related fields, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve F&B sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Hotel Sales, F&B Sales, Banquet Sales, or Event Sales, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good network within corporate, government, wedding/event organizers, communities, and other potential F&B clients.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue for restaurant, banquet, meeting, wedding, social events, and catering.
• Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and follow-ups.
• Promote F&B packages, events, and hotel dining programs.
• Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Achieve assigned F&B sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with F&B, Banquet, and related departments to ensure smooth event execution.
