This is a Sales Manager position for a villa luxury property. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve occupancy, ADR, and revenue objectives, identifying new business opportunities across multiple market segments, and managing relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and luxury travel partners.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the property's occupancy, ADR, and revenue objectives
Identify new business opportunities and potential source markets for the villa property
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key corporate and commercial accounts
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international travel agents and tour operators
Develop business relationships with luxury travel advisors, DMCs, destination specialists, and high-end travel partners
Generate and manage business opportunities for group bookings, corporate retreats, private events, weddings, incentive groups, villa buyouts, and MICE events
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities
Work closely with the Revenue and Reservations teams to maximize villa revenue and monitor occupancy, ADR, and market segment performance
Supervise and support Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators, where applicable
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and provide management with updates regarding business opportunities and market conditions
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales, preferably within hotels, resorts, villas, or luxury hospitality
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Manager or supervisory sales position
Experience in luxury hospitality, private pool villas, resorts, or upscale hotels is preferred
Strong understanding of hospitality sales, business development, account management, and market segmentation
Established network with travel agents, DMCs, corporate accounts, tour operators, or hospitality partners is an advantage
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities
Good analytical and reporting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English, both written and verbal
