Job summary

The role requires at least a Diploma and 1 year in sales, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering customer-centric solutions. North Jakarta placement, strong communication and digital skills are essential.

Qualifications

PT. Byond Tech Global is a technology company focused on developing solutions that simplify business and HR management, particularly for SMEs.

Our main product, WorkTing, is a Human Resource Management System (HRIS/SaaS) that provides Employee Management, e-Leave, e-Claim, automated payroll, and other management tools. Since its launch in 2019, WorkTing has reached 8,000+ users.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for introducing WorkTing to potential clients, understanding their needs, and supporting them throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and approach potential clients to introduce WorkTing.

Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance.

Communicate customer feedback to the internal team.

Achieve sales targets and report sales progress regularly.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3); Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or a related position.

Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in communicating with customers.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.

Experience or familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
