Job summary

RBA Custom Bearing is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with the sales team, identify customer needs, and present technical solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, translate business challenges into requirements, and prepare proposals and tender documentation.

The role involves supporting meetings, site visits, and workshops, while building strong customer relationships and traveling as required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong technical product understanding relevant to the industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, designs, quotations, and tender responses.
• Ability to conduct product demos and POC implementations.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, site visits and events.

• Good command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
