Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Engineer to maintain and grow key customer relationships and drive bookings for pumps, seals and related equipment. You will coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions, present value propositions, and support bids across industries.

The role requires 5–7 years in sales of rotating equipment, strong communication skills, and knowledge of oil & gas, power, and chemical sectors. On-site role with travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in relevant field with 5–7 years of experience.
• Sales experience with rotating equipment like pumps and mechanical seals.
• Knowledge of oil & gas, power, paper and chemical industries; API 610 familiarity.
• Strong communication and financial acumen; ability to lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings to meet or exceed assigned bookings goal.
• Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in the area.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve customers as a primary contact for all business dealings, including proposals, deliveries, and warranties.
• Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to meet customer needs.
