Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Engineer to maintain and grow key customer relationships in oil & gas, power, paper and chemical industries, leveraging rotating equipment knowledge.

You will drive bookings, coordinate with application engineers and operations, and present solutions using company marketing materials. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a BS/BA, and strong communication, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience selling rotating equipment including pumps and seals.
• Knowledge of API 610 Standard.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet/exceed assigned goals.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers in the area supported.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve customers as primary contact for business dealings and proposals.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers using marketing materials.
