Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer in Jakarta to maintain and grow key customer relationships and drive bookings for rotating equipment. You will coordinate with internal teams and partners, delivering compelling product demonstrations and ROIs to support complex formula-driven decisions.

The role requires 5–7 years in sales and a BS/BA in a relevant field, with travel to customer sites and multi-site coordination.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field with 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling rotating equipment such as pumps and mechanical seals.
• Familiarity with API 610 and industries like oil & gas, power, paper, chemical.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet or exceed the assigned bookings goal.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers in the region.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve customers as the primary contact for all business dealings.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits using marketing materials.
• Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing.
• Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss ROI and solution value.
• Able to work independently and communicate productively with others.
