Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Engineer to maintain and develop relationships with key customers and trade organizations, understand and solidify purchase agreements, and coordinate selling efforts with internal and 3rd party channel partners.

The role requires knowledge of rotating pumps and mechanical seals, strong communication, and ability to lead meetings. Travel to large customer sites and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, power, paper or chemical industries; API 610 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet/exceed assigned goals.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers in the area.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings; address proposals, deliveries, warranties, etc.
