Job summary

PT Victorindo Ferro Nusantara is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to promote and sell foundry and palm oil machinery across key industrial regions in Indonesia. You will combine technical know-how with sales skills to meet customer needs and drive growth.

The role requires building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with engineering teams. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and 2+ years in technical sales are preferred, with willingness to travel frequently.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, mixers, motors, and foundry casting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and work independently with strong target orientation.
• Team-oriented with ability to build lasting customer relationships.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (S1/S2) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Business Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales, preferably in foundry, machinery, or manufacturing industries.

Knowledge of pumps, valves, mixers, motors, and foundry casting is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willing to travel frequently and work independently with a strong target orientation.

Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and confident driving ability.
